"One of my biggest expectations from a company is customer service. It is extremely difficult to find a company that treats you with respect, and actually cares about the customer. G&C Honda has met and exceeded my expectations!
My husband and I have been looking to get a 650 DS for a while now. I wanted to do something special for my husband this year and surprise him. This was a difficult task because my husband just had surgery and I was not sure how I was going to get the bike back home.
I got to meet a wonderful lady named Bobbie in the finance department. She helped me with all of my questions, and helped me secretly purchase this motorcycle. The big question was how was I going to get this thing home? After sharing my story woth Bobbie, she pulled Eddie in the room and Eddie agreed to deliver the bike to my house! Now that my friends, is customer service at it's finest! Eddie had no problem delivering this bike! He said he loved helping people with surprises. Needless to say, my husband was thrilled to have the motorcycle show up in his driveway.
I could not have had a better experience. The customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time. Thank you Bobbie, Eddie and G&C ! "

"I have been meaning to add to my comments which I promised to do after getting our 4 wheeler...well, we've been having so much fun I almost forgot! Since I live in MS, we have had to go to the dealer in Brookhaven for a couple minor problems and have been well taken care of there as well. Added a few things to the ATV, taking care to buy Honda parts!! I do need your service department to take care of a problem for me and I will contact them directly. I am sure I will receive "award winning service" when I do. Thanks so much for all the help and service y'all have provided thus far. "I have not actually made my purchase yet! My husband just happened upon the dealership and spoke with Bradley. We are excitedly awaiting for Saturday to get here so we can pick up our first ATV. I was very pleased with the online application process. Ms Bobbie has been so pleasant to deal with. We are getting just the ATV we have been looking for, at a GREAT price and the financing was just what I asked for.
